What can you do?

• If you don't have an account or user, download the application and you can quickly create one by accessing the preliminary screen from the More Options menu.
• Check your balance without logging in, by activating QuickView in the Other/Settings menu.
• Defer the balance of your credit card without having to go to the bank.
• Hide the balance of your accounts with the new hide balance feature.
• Confirm and make your transactions by activating Virtual Key in the Other menu.
• Deposit your checks without going to the bank, just take a photo with Express Deposit. Find this transaction in the Other menu.
• Send and withdraw money without a card with QuickPay. You can withdraw it at our ATMs or BB Point (third parties only). Activate it from the Other menu.
• Transfer money to your own accounts, third parties' accounts, or other Banks. You can also enroll a new account quickly.
• Pay your Bankard credit card or credit cards from other Banks. You can enroll a new card directly.
• Get cash advances with your Bankard card, you must previously have an active account with us.
• Don't know what to give as a gift? We have the solution! Send your transfers wrapped as gifts with a dedication.
• For your security, we enable the On/Off option for your Bankard debit and credit cards, so you can temporarily block it without generating a new card. Find this option in the Card Manager located in the Other menu.
• Buy your 360 Credit Score report. Stay informed about how financial institutions and businesses evaluate you.
• Find the nearest ATM or branch to your location.
• Block your credit or debit card due to loss or theft.
• If you have a checking account, you can view your issued checks or request a checkbook without going to the bank.
• Open a new product and service, or request a bank certificate.
• Make payments for basic services, property taxes, social security (IESS), universities, internet, paid TV, cell phone plans, Teletag, legal citations, commercial cards, vehicle registration and inspection.
• Reload or purchase packages from your mobile network operator.
